Excerpt: A new warehousing facility will help Innorex shorten lead times for regional B2B partners and improve inventory buffer for high-demand APIs and excipients.

Innorex Pharmaceuticals has expanded its warehousing capacity in Western India, adding a new facility designed to shorten lead times for regional partners and improve buffer stock for high-demand APIs and excipients.

Why We’re Expanding Now

Over the past two years, several of our B2B partners have flagged lead time variability as one of their biggest sourcing frustrations — particularly for materials sourced internationally, where shipping delays can cascade into production schedule risk. This new facility is a direct response to that feedback, giving us more room to hold buffer stock for the materials our partners order most consistently.

The facility adds significant additional pallet capacity compared to our previous regional warehousing footprint, along with expanded cold-chain storage for temperature-sensitive materials that previously required more complex routing.

What This Means for Partners

Shorter Regional Lead Times

Partners sourcing from our Western India network should see measurably shorter average lead times for in-stock materials, since orders can now be fulfilled from a facility closer to major manufacturing hubs in the region rather than routed through a single central warehouse.

The expanded cold-chain capability also means partners working with temperature-sensitive excipients and select APIs will have more flexibility in order timing, without the scheduling constraints that came with our previous, more limited cold storage capacity.

Looking Ahead

This expansion is part of a broader investment in regional supply chain resilience that we expect to continue over the coming year. We’re also evaluating additional warehousing capacity in other regions based on partner demand patterns, and we’ll share updates here as those plans firm up.

For partners with upcoming orders who want to understand how this affects their specific lead times, our sourcing team is available to walk through updated estimates on a per-material basis.
